食品防腐剂苯甲酸含量的荧光光谱分析
The Quantity Contained Benzoic Acid in Food was Determined by Fluorescence Spectrometry
【摘要】 对苯甲酸含量的荧光光谱分析探索最佳的测试条件 ,尽可能消除外界环境对实验结果的影响 ,该方法的最佳测试条件 (激发波长 2 2 5nm、发射波长 310nm、溶液的 pH值 2~ 3) .此法操作简便、准确、灵敏度高 .苯甲酸的回收率为 99.38%~ 10 2 .3 %.
【Abstract】 This paper introduces one method of using the fluorescence analysis to test the quantity contained benzoic acid, and the optimum testing condition was provided (the excite wavelength is 225nm,the emission wavelength is 310nm,the hydrogen ion index of solution is 2~3.).The method was easy to operate and accurate,the sensitivity was high.The recovery of benzoic acid by standard addition was in the range of 99.38%~102.3%.
