【Abstract】 There are many factors that have exerted impact on the development of Modern Chinese press industry, and when it comes to the period of time in which it began to develop, it is a controversial issue, remaining to be defined in a dialectical way. Examined from the standpoint of international communication, in the course of western learnings gradually disseminated towards the east, the concept and mode of western press industry have had remarkable influence on modern Chinese press industry, which can analyzed at three levels as follows: 1. Theorectically, it is caused by mass invation of western culture of communicative media; 2. In terms of enterprise, it is due to the flood in of western press industry’s capital; 3. Technologically, it resulted from the introduction of the advanced technology of western press industry.更多还原
