【摘要】 在20°C室温下,用玻璃化冷冻液(含体积分数为0.3的乙二醇、0.21kg/L的葡聚糖和0.35mol/L的海藻糖)对昆明纯种小白鼠受精卵进行一步法和二步法玻璃化冷冻保存.一步法的2min平衡组(39%)和二步法的1min平衡组(41%)的胚胎解冻后存活率较好,与对照组(83%)相比有极显著差异(p<0.01).在玻璃化冷冻效果较好组胚胎的子宫移植中,妊娠受体率、妊娠受体产仔率和移植受体产仔率均与对照组无显著差异(p>0.05).更多还原

【Abstract】 The mouse zygotes were treated with onestep and twostep methods in vitrified media containing ethylene glycol,dextran and trehalose under 20°C.Better results were obtained when the zygotes were vitrified in the media contained 30%(V/V) ethylene glycol,21%(W/V) dextran and 0.35mol/L trehalose and the time of equilibration lasted two minutes with onestep method and one minute with twostep methods,developmental rates were 39% and 41%,respectively.The developmental rates were significantly different (p<0.01) from control group (83%).There were no significantly differences (p>0.05) in pregnant rates and birth rates compared with control group after the embryos from zygotes in betterresult group were transferred to recipients.更多还原
