【摘要】 以全体人员参与制定目标、实行自我管理和自我控制为主要特征的目标管理,可有效运用于高校学生管理工作。制定目标时应注意方向性、层次性、可行性、认同性、参与性、动态性,实施目标时应注意组织领导与咨询指导,评价目标成果应注意奖罚有度。目标管理在学生管理工作中运用时,还应注意处理好目标管理与思想教育的关系,处理好学生的自我管理与老师管理之监督控制的关系。更多还原
