提高转化糖浆质量的研究
Study on improving the quality of invert syrup
【摘要】 转化糖浆的质量受多种因素的影响 ,通过实验 ,确定了制备转化糖浆的最佳工艺条件 ,经工厂生产使用 ,证明这些选择是可行的
【Abstract】 The quality of invert syrup was affected by many factors. By experiments, the optimum conditions were selected in making invert syrup. Furthermore, these selections were proved to be feasible in practical production.
