【摘要】 选用四个马铃薯脱毒良种 ,分别在四种附加不同激素浓度的 MS培养基上进行脱毒试管苗快繁培养研究。结果表明不同马铃薯品种需要不同的培养基 ,4号配方 MS+6 - BA 2 .5 m g/ L +NAA 0 .1mg/ L +GA 0 .1m g/ L可作为中薯 3号、郑薯 5号的诱导培养基 ,1号配方 MS+6 - BA 0 .8m g/ L +NAA 0 .1m g/ L +GA 0 .1mg/ L作扩繁培养基。中薯 4号的诱导与扩繁适合用 1号培养基。更多还原

【Abstract】 Four freevirus varieties of potato were cultured respectively on 4 MS mediums with different densities of hormone for freevirus rapid reproduction. The results showed that different varieties adapted to different formulas. "Zhongshu 3" and "Zhenshu 5" adapted to medium ④ ( MS + 6BA 2.5mg/L + NAA 0.1mg /L + GA 0.1mg/L ), for induction medium ① (MS + 6BA 0.8mg/L + NAA 0.1mg /L + GA 0.1mg/L ) for seedlingmultiply.
