超细改性AlOOH在PVC塑料中的应用研究
Applied Study on the Surface Modification of the Superfine AlOOH in Poly (vinyl chloride ) Plastics
【摘要】 本文研究了超细改性AlOOH阻燃剂在PVC塑料中的应用效果,考察了阻燃剂含量对材料的阻燃和力学性能的影响.实验结果表明,超细改性AlOOH有显著的抑烟作用,材料的阻燃性能达到难燃材料FV—0级,而且其力学性能有所改善.
【Abstract】 Application of the surface modification of the superfine AlOOH flame retardant in Ploy (vinyl chloride ) Plastic is studied in this paper. The effects of dosages of the flame retardant on the flame retardancy and mechanical Properties of PVC are tested .The experimental results show that it have great effects on inhibiting smoke .The flame retardancy of the PVC plastics reach FV-0 grade , and the mechanical properties has been inproved to a certain extent .
