磷酸铝胶粘剂的合成反应动力学研究
Research on synthetic reaction kinetics of aluminum phosphate adhesive
【摘要】 通过对磷酸与氢氧化铝合成磷酸铝胶粘剂的动力学进行研究,发现该合成反应为一扩散控制的非均相一级反应,活化能为94.9±2.9kJ.mol-1。温度升高,将使磷酸分子向氢氧化铝分子的扩散速率加快,从而提高了该合成反应的速率。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the synthetic reaction kinetics of aluminum phosphate is researched. We find that it is a nonhomogeneous reaction controlled by diffusion. The activation energy is 94.9±2.9kJ.mol-1. When increasing temperature, the diffusion rate from phosphorie acid molecule to aluminum hydroxide will be expedited. which increases the rate of the synthetic reaction.
