猪卵泡液与猪卵母细胞体外成熟与凋亡的关系
The Relation of PPF with In Vitro Maturation and Livability vability of Porcine Oocyte
【摘要】 本研究就猪卵泡液对猪卵母细胞的体外成熟及凋亡进行了探索 :试验一证明 ,体外培养 46—48h,成熟液添加 5 %猪卵泡液能促进成熟 ,核成熟率为 41 .2 % ,成熟液添加 2 0 %猪卵泡液则抑制成熟 ,核成熟率为 2 3 .1 % ,二者差异显著 ;试验二证明 ,添加猪卵泡液可以促进猪卵母细胞体外存活时间的延长 ,体外培养第 1 6天 ,含 0 %、5 %、1 0猪卵泡液的存活率分别为 2 .6 %、2 2 .2 %、1 8.6 % ,添加与否差异显著。
【Abstract】 This research was carried out to study the effect of porcine follicular fluid(PFF) on in vitro maturation of porcine: test one showed when porcine oocyte cultured in vitro for 46 -48h ,5%PFF benefit in vitro maturation but 20% PFF didn’t. In test two ,comparing control group, 5 % PFF and 10 PFF increased increased the livability of porcine oocyte at day 16, the difference was significant.
