【Abstract】 Analysis is done to the causes of reject A30 block with sand inclusion, i.e. the elements of molding sand feature; cast structure, casting speed and arrangement for casting system, etc. Aiming at the causes, measures are taken for adjusting molding sand ratio, increasing sand feature, controlling casting speed and improving cast structure and casting system, etc. to solve the problem.
