光功率分配器
Optical power splitter
【摘要】 介绍了光功率分配器的结构、整体形状、技术指标要求,以及近年来发展起来的新型光功率分配器。对光功率分配器的关键技术———离子交换法制作光功率分配进行了详细的分析。结果表明,生产玻璃波导光功率分配器的设备和工艺相对其它方法(如LiNbO3光刻蚀法)要简单,一次性的固定投入较少,是生产光功率分配器的理想选择。
【Abstract】 Optical power splitter holds the lion’s share among the optical passive devices. It has a great market potential with the development WTM technology. Structure of the splitter, shape of the end face and requirement of technical index are discussed, and the new type power splitters are introduced. The key technology for splitters of manufacturing ion exchange in glass waveguide is analyzed . The results show that the equipments and methods by ion exchange in glass is not only more simple than other methods, such as by etching in LiNbO3, but not expensive.
