非石棉刹车材料安全性能的研究
The Study on the Safety Performance of Non-asbestos Braking Materials
【摘要】 分析国内外新型摩擦材料的生产技术,以钢纤维、玻璃纤维以及矿物等纤维取代石棉,对原石棉产摩擦材料进行了改性研究,生产出了新型非石棉刹车片,通过实验和用户使用,证明了该材料的生产方法及产品性能切实可行并具有安全性能保证,克服了对环境与人类的污染,提高了劳动效率及汽车的安全性能。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the production technology of our new type friction materials with steel fiber, glass fiber and mineral materials as substitutes for asbestos. With the study of modification on former asbestos friction materials, the new type non-asbestos brake plate has been produced. Experiment and customers use has proved that the production method and the performance of this material is applicable with safety performance guarantee, overcoming the pollution to environment and human being, as well as enhancing the labor efficiency and safety performance.
