折线先张梁下拉装置的构思及试验

【摘要】 针对我国先张法预应力简支梁发展的现状,提出了适合国内情况的折线先张梁下拉装置的构思,并对预应力束与下拉装置接触点间的三种不同的方式进行了下拉装置于钢铰线间的摩擦阻力测试,试验数据表明,在下拉装置预应力束通过孔中打入高强衬套,可以大大减少预应力束与下拉装置间的摩擦力,而且下拉装置构造简单、实用,可以满足实际工程的需要,为类似结构的设计、施工提供有益的借鉴。

【Abstract】 In light of the current situation of the development of pretensioned prestressed simple-supported girder in China, the conception of broken line pretensioned girder pull device available to Chinese situation has been put forward. A test on the joint between tendon and pull device with three different ways has been performed to check the resistance to friction between pull device and strands. Test data show that the pull device tendon shooting into high-strength socket via the hole may greatly reduce the friction between tendon and pull device. Meanwhile, the simple-structured and practical pull device can meet the needs of actual engineering and can provide useful references to the design and construction of similar structure.
