【摘要】 生物活性多糖是当今医药领域关注的焦点,是一类重要的保健食品功能因子.本文介绍了真菌多糖、植物多糖的结构及构效关系的研究进展.

【Abstract】 The bioactivity of Polysaccaride,a focus deeply concerned by the medical field,is an important composition of health foods.The article presents the progress in the study of polysaccharide’s structure and the relation of its structure.
