超临界CO2萃取岷县当归挥发油的成分研究——色质联用法鉴定岷县当归挥发油的成分

【摘要】 不同于以往的水蒸气蒸馏,使用超临界CO2萃取技术萃取岷县当归(AngelicaSinensis(o liv.)Diels)根部(中药药效部分)的挥发油,并通过气相色谱和色质联用等分析手段对其成分进行了研究.结果共分离鉴定出41种化合物,其中主要成分藁本内酯、正丁基芙内酯、亚油酸含量分别为48.16%、12.15%、9.10%.另有α 喜瑞文烯、β 雪松烯等10种化合物为首次自岷县当归油中分离得到.同时也通过对照实验比较了超临界CO2与水蒸气蒸馏两种挥发油提取方法的差别..

【Abstract】 .Different from many previous works, the method of Supercritical-CO_2Fluid (SCF) Extraction is used to extract the essential oil of Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels. Also, the ingredients of the oil are both studied by gas chromatograph and gas chromatograph-mass chromatograph. As a result, totally 41 chemicals are identified and estimated, moreover among them 10 chemicals are first reported for this special, such as α-Himachalene, β-Cedrene and so on. At last, the differences between these two methods of the SCF Extraction and the Vapor Distillated Extraction are also discussed.
