香茅醛肟化的绿色合成工艺
Oximation of Citronellal by Green Synthetic Process
【摘要】 用乙醇作介质实施香茅醛肟化反应 ,通过相关的单因素条件实验得到优化的工艺条件 :6 0℃下反应 1h,收率 89.4 % ,溶剂回收率约 88%。此工艺具有反应时间短、温度较低、无废水排放且溶剂可回收利用等优点 ,符合绿色化学合成工艺
【Abstract】 Applied alcohol as medimum, oximation reaction of citronellal was carried out. The optimum process conditions were obtained through the experiment of single factor condition. The yield was 89.4% under 60℃ and reaction time 1h.The recovery of solvent was 88%. The process has some advantages, such as shorter reaction time, lower reaction temperature, non wastewater and the reclamation of solvent.
