对年产四万吨尿素生产工艺水平衡的研究
Study on Water Balance of Urea Product
【摘要】 研究了尿素生产一段吸收塔的水平衡以及影响水平衡的因素 ,同时核算二循一冷、二循二冷的加水量和回收 NH3量 ,以确保系统水平衡 ,从而保证合成塔具备优良的 H2 O/ CO2 比 ,以达到提高 CO2 转化率的目的
【Abstract】 The water balance of first absorbing tower in urea pro du ct and its influence factors were studied. The amount of water and recovered amm onia of condensator were calculated, and it was helpful to keep the water balanc e of system. The good ratio of H2O/CO2 in converter improved the conversion of carbon dioxide.
