有机电致发光材料与器件
Organic Electroluminescent Materials and Devices
【摘要】 简要介绍了有机电致发光器件的结构、电致发光机理、可用作电致发光材料的种类以及存在的一些问题,简述了电致发光材料及器件的研究现状及对未来的展望。
【Abstract】 Organic electroluminescent devices have many advantages over inorganic ELD. This paper summarizes the structures of OLED and the mechanism and the EL materials as well. Some problems are left unsolved in this field, giving a brief discussion on the actuality and the prospect of OLED.
