5Cr21 Mn9Ni4N耐热钢高温运行条件下组织性能的变化
Structure and Property Changes of 5Cr21Mn9Ni4N (21-4N) Heat-resisting Steel in High Temperature Service
【摘要】 利用XRD、SEM研究了5Cr21Mn9Ni4N(21 4N)耐热钢在高温(600~800℃)运行过程中组织结构的变化及其对性能的影响。结果表明,高温运行条件下基体组织发生胞状分解,形成M23C6+γ组成的层状组织是排气门盘部断裂失效的主要原因。原始组织状态决定了高温运行条件下21 4N钢的组织稳定性。
【Abstract】 The structure and property changes of 5Cr21Mn9Ni4N in high temperature service were studied using XRD and SEM. The results show that the failure of exhaust valve head is attributed to the formation of cellular structure composed of austenite (γ) and carbide (M923)C6). The original structure should have an important effect on structure stability in high temperature service.
