石英含量对石英网眼多孔陶瓷物相组成和显微结构的影响

【摘要】 以天然粉石英为骨料、硅质粘土为基础料、有机泡沫体为制品骨架,在1360℃保温30min获得了气孔率为76%、强度为1.6MPa的石英网眼多孔陶瓷。通过XRD、SEM研究了粉石英含量对陶瓷物相组成和显微结构的影响。粉石英含量过少会使多孔陶瓷体孔筋产生微气孔,但粉石英含量过多莫来石量会有所减少;比较合适的含量是粉石英和基础料的比例为3∶7,这时孔筋非常致密,几乎看不到微气孔。

【Abstract】 A polymer immerging method was applied to prepare porous silica ceramics. The natural silica and clay was chosen as original materials. A sample sintered at 1 360℃ for 30 minutes had a porosity of 76% and its compression strength was up to 1.6MPa. The sample was investigated by means of XRD and SEM. The effect of SiO2 addition on phase and microstructure of porous silica ceramic was discussed in detail. When the addition ratio of SiO2 to clay was 3∶7, the sample had an ideal microstructure without obvious pores in pore wall.
