金刚石焊接工艺研究
Diamond Welding Technology
【摘要】 分析了金刚石焊接时的工艺难点。阐述了金刚石合适的焊接工艺,包括预合金化粉末胎体材料的选择与制备、金刚石表面的金属化、热绝缘剂在金刚石焊接中的应用等关键技术。通过这些工艺措施,可以避免金刚石在高温下的石墨化,解决了金刚石与基体的浸润性问题,能够有效地在高温下将金刚石焊接于低碳钢基体上,从而充分发挥金刚石的优异性能。
【Abstract】 The difficulty of welding diamond was analysised and a better technology was presented. The key technology is the choice and preparation of the best alloy powder, metallization of diamond and application of heat insulator. At the welding temperature, the graphitization of diamond can be avoided, the soakage and weldability between diamond and mild steel is improved, so that excellent capability of diamond can be reletively fully utilized.
