7075铝合金阳极氧化膜的结构和性能研究
Microstructure and Properties of Anodic Films of 7075 Aluminum Alloy
【摘要】 随着机龄的日益老化,民用飞机铝合金的腐蚀修理将成为结构维修过程中的重要内容。由于铝合金腐蚀修理的质量因素十分繁杂,难以用某一准则事先进行精确评估,其中关键因素依然是腐蚀修理的前段操作,即铝合金的阳极氧化过程。试验表明,阳极氧化方法、氧化时间以及封闭方法均对氧化膜的性能产生显著影响,特别是封闭过程中的水质和水温,是氧化过程中极易忽视的因素,对氧化膜的结构以及耐蚀性能产生决定性的影响。
【Abstract】 Along with the aging of civil airplanes, the corrosion maintenance of the aviation aluminum alloys will be very important. The factors affecting the quality of corrosion repair of aluminum alloys are too complicated to evaluated with a standard method in advance. The most important process is still the forepart of corrosion maintenance procedure, namely, anodic oxidation process of aluminum alloys. The effect of anodic oxidation method, anodizing time and sealing method on the microstructure and properties of the film is discussed in this paper. It is pointed out that the quality of water temperature of the sealing treatment, which are frequently neglected in the oxidation procedure, will influence conclusively the microstructure and corrosion resistance of the film.
