粉末烧结Al-Cu-Fe-B准晶材料的性能分析
Properties of Al-Cu-Fe-B Powder Sintered Quasicrystals
【摘要】 用SEM、XRD和差热分析仪等对粉末烧结Al Cu Fe B准晶材料的组织结构及其相结构的稳定性、比热容、耐蚀性进行了测试。结果表明,准晶材料在升温和降温过程中有明显的相结构转变;准晶材料的比热容较高。另外,在本试验条件下准晶材料没有显示出良好的耐蚀性。
【Abstract】 The microstructure, stability of phase structure, specific heat and corrosion resistance of Al59Cu25.5Fe12.5B3 powder sintered quasicrystals were analyzed by means of Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Xray Diffraction (XRD) and Differential Thermal Analysis (DTA). The results showed that there was obvious transformation of phase structure in the process of arising temperature, and the specific heat of quasicrystals was higher. Furthermore, this quasicrystal did not indicate good corrosion resistance under this experiment condition.
