贝氏体组织及其精细结构

【摘要】 研究用钢的室温组织为贝氏体、马氏体、少量残余奥氏体。透射电镜分析表明,贝氏体铁素体内有不同形貌、尺度的残余奥氏体膜存在,它们把贝氏体铁素体分割或包围为不同层次结构单元,以残余奥氏体膜为分界面确定了贝氏体铁素体不同层次的精细结构单元及尺度。贝氏体铁素体条束由亚片条、亚单元和基本单元(或称之为超亚单元)组成。常见的亚片条、亚单元和基本单元尺度分别在25~80nm、25~80nm、5.0~30nm范围内不等。

【Abstract】 The structure of the studied steels was bainite, martensite and retained austenite. The investigation results discover that there were retained austenitic films with different appearances and sizes in bainitic ferritic laths. The boundaries of the different structural levels were separated and encircled by retained austenitic films. The fine structural units and their size were different structural levels in the bainitic ferrite were determined by retained austenitic films. The bainitic ferritic laths were composed of different structural level sublaths, subunits and elementary units (or so called subsubunits). The dimensions of mostly sublaths, subunits and elementary units were between 25~80nm, 25~80nm, 5.0~30nm respectively.
