熔敷金属断口分维与成分及组织关系的研究
Relationship of the Fractured Surface Fractal Dimensions of a Deposited Metal to Its Alloying Element Components and Microstructure
【摘要】 运用垂直截面法和计算机图象处理等技术,对低合金高强钢焊条熔敷金属拉伸断口分形维数与其Cr、Ni合金元素含量、F相含量及平均晶粒度级别之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明,焊条熔敷金属拉伸断口分形维数与熔敷金属中Cr、Ni元素含量和平均晶粒度级别之间存在负的线性关系,与试样中的F相含量之间无明显对应关系。
【Abstract】 The vertical profile method and computer imaging processing have been used to study the relationship of the fractured surface fractal dimensions of the deposited metal of coated electrodes to its alloying element contents of chromium and nickel, ferrite content and average grain size. The results showed that a kind of negative linear relationship existed between fractal dimension and the element contents of chromium and nickel. There was no clear quantitative relationship between the fractal dimension and the ferrite content. A kind of negative relationship has been showed between fractal dimension and the average grain size.
