冶炼工艺对M963合金高温持久性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了浇注温度、熔炼温度对M 96 3合金高温持久性能的影响。结果表明 :随浇注温度升高 ,持久寿命随之提高 ;但浇注温度过高 ,(γ +γ’)相聚集 ,晶界变宽 ,导致合金持久寿命下降 ;随熔炼温度升高 ,铸态组织中MC碳化物变得细小均匀 ,合金持久寿命显著提高。但过高的熔炼温度却使合金中氮含量急剧升高 ,显微疏松增多 ,持久寿命下降。

【Abstract】 The effect of pouring temperature and melting temperature on the microstructure and creep rupture property of M963 superalloy has been investigated. The results show that with the increase of pouring temperature, the creep rupture property also improves. But when the pouring temperature is excessively high, the creep rupture performance is deteriorated due to the aggregation of the phase of (γ+γ′) and the wider grain boundary. The results also indicate that with the increase of melting temperature, the primary MC carbide in the as cast condition becomes finer and more homogeneous gradually, and both the rupture life and elongation increase greatly. However, the excessively high melting temperature results in a dramatic increase of nitrogen content and microvoid which obviously deteriorate the creep rupture performance.
