HYDCrMo埋弧硬面堆焊药芯焊丝的研制
Development of HYDCrMo Hardfacing Flux Cored Wire for Submerged Arc Welding
【摘要】 开发了马氏体不锈钢型HYDCrMo埋弧硬面堆焊药芯焊丝 ,其堆焊层的显微组织为马氏体 +少量残余奥氏体 ,在马氏体基体上弥散分布着细小的碳化物质点。堆焊层结合强度测定表明 ,其堆焊层的结合强度高。该焊丝配HJ2 6 0焊剂 ,焊接工艺性能良好。焊后进行回火热处理 ,堆焊层的硬度为 5 1~ 5 3HRC ,堆焊层硬度不均匀性为± 1.5HRC。
【Abstract】 The HYDCrMo martensite stainless steel hardfacing flux cored wire for submerged arc welding had been developed. The microstructures of hardfacing metal consist of martensite and a little residual austenite and a great of fine carbide points spread out in martensite. The measured results show that the value of joint strength of HYDCrMo hardfacing flux cored wire for submerged arc welding is very high. HYDCrMo hardfacing flux cored wire for submerged arc welding matching flux HJ260 has good welding processing properties. The hardness values of hardfacing metal are from 51 to 53 HRC and the deviation in hardness of hardfacing metal is about ±1.5HRC.
