【摘要】 用全浸法和电化学综合测试仪测试阳极极化曲线法研究了RE Ni W P SiC复合镀层在不同浓度的HCl、H2SO4、H3PO4、FeCl3溶液中的腐蚀速率,并与316L不锈钢比较。结果表明:其耐蚀性优于316L不锈钢,复合镀层在H3PO4中的耐蚀性极好。

【Abstract】 The corrosion rate of RENiWPSiC composite coatings and 316L stainless steel have been studied by use of immersion method in H3PO4,FeCl3,H2SO4 and HCl solutions. Anodic polarization curves of composite coatings were also measured in these media. The results show that composite coatings have better corrosion resistance than that of 316L stainless steel in H3PO4,FeCl3,H2SO4 and HCl solutions. Composite coatings have excellent corrosion resistance in H3PO4 solution.
