【Abstract】 Conception ,necessary , requirement and means of the black start in the power grid are expatiated in this paper .Combining with the concrete situation of Guangxi power grid , on the basis of confirming black start power supply and rationally dividing the region of the power grid , through the calibration calculation of self excitation , over voltage and relay protection , the paper puts forward the feasible black start scheme in Guangxi power grid.更多还原
