【Abstract】 On the basis of the three documents by UNESCO, the author gives fresh ideas about the contents of higher education innovations which include the innovations of the outlooks of talents, students, education and teachers. Thereby, the author concludes that the crux ofthe higher ducation innovations is the system innovations, that is, the system innovations of higher education managing, running, investing and funds circulating.更多还原
