【摘要】 用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了三种色素中常见的八种微量无机元素Zn、Fe、Ca、Cu、K、Na、Mn、Mg的含量。结果表明 ,三种色素中K、Mg、Ca含量较高 ,Cu含量较低。讨论了几种无机元素与健康的关系 ,对开发这三种天然色素提供了有用的参考数据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 8 kinds of inorganic elements were determined in 3 kinds of pigments by AAS.The results show that elements K,Mg,Ca in 3 pigments is rich,but element Cu is lower.The relationship between trace elements and the health is discussed.It provides useful reference data for developing the 3 kinds of pigments.更多还原
