【摘要】 为探讨缺铁性贫血 (IDA)对婴幼儿智能行为发育的影响 ,对 3 0例 6～ 3 0个月IDA患儿采用严格配对的研究方法 ,观察其智能行为变化。智能测试采用Bayley婴幼儿发育量表。行为测试采用Achenbach儿童行为筛查量表。结果表明 ,IDA患儿智能发育指数 (MDI)及精神运动指数(PDI)均较正常对照组低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,IDA患儿血红蛋白的水平与其MDI、PDI分值呈正相关。行为方面 ,IDA组行为问题发生率明显高于对照组 ,突出表现在社交退缩和躯体诉述两个行为因子上。IDA对婴幼儿智能行为发育均产生不良影响 ,应高度重视及防治IDA ,保证婴幼儿正常生长发育。更多还原

【Abstract】 To invstigate the effects of iron deficiency anemia(IDA) on mental and behavioral development of infants,The effect of IDA on mental and behavioral development in 40 infants aged from 6 to 30 months was studied.Intelligence evaluation was conducted with BSID.Behavioral problems were evaluated with CBCL.The results show that both MDI and PDI were lower in study group than those in control group.In addition,there was a positive correlation between Hb levels and MDI or PDI scores.Behavioral problem were more prevalent in test group than those in control group.The severe problems were that social withdrawal and somatic problems had high incidence.IDA has important effects on mental and behavioral development in infants.Prevention and treatment of IDA are very important in order to assure the normal growth and development of IDA children.更多还原
