【摘要】 基因工程的下游技术是现代生物技术的关键技术 ,它的重要性已越来越为人们所重视。生物技术产品的下游处理技术包括基因工程产物的分离、纯化及分析鉴定。本文综述了基因工程产物的分离、纯化及鉴定的具体方法及鉴定标准
【Abstract】 Genetic engineering downstream procession plays a substantial role in the biotechnology.And it has gained widespred attention.Genetic engineering downstream procession include the purification and analysis of genetic engineering production.This essay reviewed the way to purify and analysis genetic engineering production.
