【Abstract】 Being a tropical fruit, banana is a typical climacteric fruit and has poor storage characteristics. The researches on banana postharvest and storage physiology in recent years are summarized in this paper. The systematic analysis of respiratory,ethylene,fruit quality,active oxygen,polyamines,anti-ethylene,heat-shock,stress and other factors regarded to banana are carried out respectively.更多还原
