【Abstract】 Based on the reaction between Fehling reagents and reducing sugar, the diffuse reflectance spectroscopy for determining reducing sugar was established. The advantages of this method are the simplicity of operation, the sensitivity of determination and the small amount of regents required (<1 mL). The amount of reducing sugar in the range of 20～120 μg shows a good linear relationship. Using the method to determine some samples, the results are satisfied.更多还原
