【Abstract】 The karyotypes of Lutjanus erythopterus were examined from their renal tissues by PHA injection_air drying method.Giemsa stain and observation of chromosome spreads under the microscope. The results showed that there are 48 acrocentric chromosomes in diploid and its karyotype formulae is 2 n =48 t,NF=48.更多还原
