萃取动力学光度法测定活化剂1,10-菲咯啉
Determination of Activator 1, 10-Phenanthroline by Extraction Kinetic Spectrophotometry
【摘要】 研究了在pH值为6.5的NaH2PO4-Na2HPO4缓冲介质中,利用1,10-菲咯啉活化铜(Ⅱ)催化过氧化氢氧化邻氨基酚显色的指示反应,用萃取平衡控制反应时间和水相中邻氨基酚的浓度及反应程度,通过测量424nm下有机相的吸光度,建立了萃取动力学光度法测定活化剂1,10-菲咯啉的新方法,方法的线性范围为2.00×10-8~6.00×10-6mol·L-1和6.00×10-6~1.25×10-5mol·L-1,检出限为6.2×10-9mol·L-1。用于水中1,10-菲咯啉稳定性的测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 A new extraction kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of activator 1,10-phenanthroline was studied. The method was based on the activation of 1,10-phenanthroline on the copper(Ⅱ) catalyzed oxidation of o-aminophenol by hydrogen peroxide in weak acidic medium. The reaction time, concentration of o-aminophenol in aqueous phase, and degree of reaction were controlled by extraction equilibrium. The absorbance of organic phase was measured at 424 nm. The linear ranges of the method were 2.00×10-8-6.00×10-6 mol·L-1 and 6.00 ×10-6-1.25 × 10-5 mol·L-1. The detection limit was 6.2 ×10-9 mol-L-1. The method has been applied to the determination of the stability of 1,10-phenanthroline in water with satisfactory results.
