水热法合成蓝宝石晶体及其透射光谱

【摘要】 研究了掺杂Fe,Ti离子对水热条件下合成α-Al2O3晶体的颜色和晶体形态的影响,制备出了蓝色宝石晶体,发现在介质中掺入Fe2O3和TiCl3时,水热反应生成棕黄色α-Al2O3晶体。当在介质中加入FeSO4·7H2O时,水热反应生成黑色α-Al2O3晶体。只有同时加入FeSO4·7H2O和TiCl3时,才能生成蓝色宝石。蓝色宝石的晶体形态和同时生成的α-Al2O3晶体基本相同。测量了蓝宝石晶体的透射光谱。

【Abstract】 The color and shape of α-Al2O3 crystals synthesized with hydrothermal reaction were investigated and the sapphire crystals were obtained using the proposed method under lower temperature (430℃ ) and lower pressure (40 MPa). The hexagonal prism crystal was synthesized using hydrothermal reaction without adulteration of other ions. The black crystals in the shape of hexagonal prism were obtained when FeSO4·7H2O was added into the reaction medium, while the sapphire crystals were obtained with the addition of both FeSO4·7H2O and TiCl3 into the reaction medium. The complex crystal faces were observed in sapphire crystals, which is different from the α-Al2O3 crystal synthesized with the above methods. The transmission spectra of the sapphires were measured.
