盐酸小檗碱与脱氧核糖核酸相互作用的研究

【摘要】 本文采用紫外光谱、荧光光谱、荧光偏振 ,热变性曲线等手段 ,对小檗碱 (BR)与小牛胸腺脱氧核糖核酸 (ct DNA)的作用方式进行了研究 ,证实了盐酸小檗碱通过嵌插方式与ct DNA相互作用的 ,并且根据荧光峰增强与BR浓度的线性关系 ,提出了BR的测定方法。

【Abstract】 The characteristics of the interaction between berberine and ct-DNA were studied by UV-Vis Spectrum, fluorescent spectrum, fluorescent polorization etc. The results show that berberine hydrochloride interacts with ct-DNA in the mode of intercalation. According to the linear relation between the fluorescence intensity and the concentration of berberine, we proposed a method of the content determination of berberine.
