金伯利岩中微量元素的X-射线荧光光谱测试方法研究

【摘要】 本文对X-射线荧光光谱仪的工作条件进行改进,经试验选择了最佳分析条件,制定出准确测定金伯利岩样品中Sc,Cr,Ni,Y,Nb,La等微量元素的方法。这项研究降低了方法的检出限(如Sc从9.54μg·g-1下降到2.83μg·g-1;La从21.68μg·g-1下降到9.18μg·g-1)和分析成本。Sc,Cr,Ni,Y,Nb,La各元素的检出限分别为:2.83,2.15,2.20,1.17,1.05,9.18μg·g-1,并改善了精密度(RSD,n=20,2.10%~7.09%)和准确度,提高了分析测试效率。将该法与ICP光谱法进行对比试验,取得了令人满意的结果。

【Abstract】 It is very important to detect trace elements for kilmberlite. Through improving the working conditions of X-ray fluorescence spectrometer and optimizing the analytical conditions, the determination method of trace elements, such as Sc, Cr, Ni, Y, Mb, La, in kimberlite was worked out. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of trace elements in over 2 thousand samples of kimberlite from Liaoning povince. The detection limits of the method were relatively low (the detection limit of Sc droped from 9.54 to 2.83 μg·g-1 and the detection limit of La droped from 21.68 fig-g’1 to9.18/ug-g’1), i.e. 2.83, 2.15,2.20, 1.17,1.05 and 9.18 μg·g-1 for Sc, Cr, Ni, Y, Nb and La, respectively. The precision of the method was very high with 2.10% -7.09 % of RSD (n = 20). Compared with ICP spectrometry this method is satisfactory. The method has proven to be simple and rapid with low cost and high efficiency.
