红光激发下掺Ho3+氟化物薄膜的上转换发光
Upconversion Luminescence in Ho3+ Doped Fluoride Thin Film with Excitation Red Laser
【摘要】 利用激光脉冲沉淀法制备了稀土Ho3+掺杂的氟化物薄膜。观测到处于薄膜中的Ho3+离子在632.8nm红光激发下的上转换发射。这些上转换发射包括:5S2→5I7,5F4→5I7和5S2→5I8。
【Abstract】 Ho3+ doped fluoride thin film was deposited on common glass matrix by low energy pulse laser (532 nm, quadratic harmonics of Nd: YAG laser). Red and green upconversion liminescences with central wavelength of 770 and 540 nm have been observed through Japan R-500 spectrometer with excitation of 632.8 nm He-Ne laser. These upconverted emissions are ascribed to transitions of 5 S2 →5 I7, 5 F4 →5I7 and 5 S2→518 and they are realized by two step absorption of Ho3+ ions and energy transfer among Ho3+ ions.
