【Abstract】 This paper analyses the reason of serious erosion of desulfuration hot metal ladle bottom at № 1 Steelmaking Plant of WISCO and corresponding countermeasures. Through a series of laboratory experiment, padding castable is considered to be good as refractory for the ladle bottom. Industrial test and application showed that the service life of desulfuration hot metal ladle bottom was prologed to a great extent due to using the padding castable, which brought about obvious benefits.更多还原
