含铌钛微合金汽车用钢力学性能与控轧控冷工艺关系的研究
THE STUDY OF THERMOMECHANICAL CONTROL PROCESS FOR Nb-Ti MICROALLYED AUTOMOTIVE STEEL MECHANICAL PROPERTY
【摘要】 探讨了控轧控冷工艺对含Nb -Ti微合金汽车用钢组织及力学性能的影响 ,分析了工艺参数与力学性能之间的关系。在热模拟实验的基础上 ,结合实际生产带钢成品组织及力学性能的实测 ,主要分析了不同变形程度、不同终冷温度及不同轧后冷却工艺对带钢屈服强度及抗拉强度的影响。为实际生产中的室温力学性能在线控制提供了依据
【Abstract】 Effect of technological parameter of Thermomechanical Control Process on microstucture and mechanical properties of Nb-Ti microalloyed automotive steel were investigated. The relationship between technological parameter and mechanical properties were analyzed. A lot of the production speciment have been taken for mechanical property test. On a THERMECMASTOR-Z hot simulator experiment, the effect of deformation、finish cooling temperature and cooling rate on the yield strength and tensile strength has been studied in this paper. The obtained data can be used for reference to get the required mechanical properties in production.
