树脂基防热材料烧蚀性能表征的探讨

【摘要】 采用氧 乙炔烧蚀试验研究了传统炭布增强酚醛(钡酚醛)、硼改性酚醛及聚芳基乙炔三种防热材料(C/BaF、C/FB、C/PAA)的烧蚀性能。结果表明,这三种材料的质量烧蚀率和基体树脂的耐热性能一致,数据变异系数Cv较小(7.1%13.8%),可作为评价烧蚀材料烧蚀性能的重要指标;线烧蚀率数据的离散系数较大(23.9%232.5%),C/BaF和C/PAA材料出现了负的线烧蚀率现象,因此线烧蚀率不适宜作为评价2D树脂基防热材料烧蚀性能的指标。采用质量烧蚀率和烧蚀因子可较好地表征和比较烧蚀材料的烧蚀性能。

【Abstract】 Erosion properties of C/BaF, C/FB and C/PAA materials were analyzed by O2C2H2 erosion test. The results show that the mass loss rate of these ablation materials is consistent with the thermal properties of the matrix, and the coefficient of variation of the mass loss rate data is relatively low (7.1%≤Cv≤13.8%). The mass loss rate can be used to characterize erosion resistance of materials. However, the coefficient of variation of linear erosion rate data is relatively high (23.9%≤Cv≤232.5%)and the linear erosion rate of C/BaF and C/PAA materials below zero occurred, therefore the linear erosion rate is not fit to characterize ablation properties of these materials. The mass loss rate and the ablation factor can be used to characterize the ablative properties of these materials correctly.
