稀土氧化物对连铸保护渣物化性能的影响

【摘要】 用回归正交实验设计原理设计保护渣的组成,研究稀土氧化物对连铸保护渣高温流动和熔化性能。结果表明,碱度大于0.85时,稀土氧化物量的增加使熔化温度、粘度升高,且稀土氧化物在渣中的熔解度较小;碱度小于0.8时,稀土氧化物量的增加使熔化温度、粘度降低。

【Abstract】 The composition of mould fluxes was designed according to the principle of regressive orthogonal design, and the effect of RExOy on viscosity and melting temperature of mould fluxes have been investigated. The results indicate that at the condition of basicity more than 0.85, the melting temperature and viscosity of mould fluxes would be increased with the increasing of RExOy in mould fluxes, which leads to the decreasing of dissolving capacity of in mould fluxes. At the condition of basicity less than 0.80, the melting temperature and viscosity of mould fluxes would be decreased with the increasing of RExOy in mould fluxes.
