降低钙系脱磷剂中氟含量的可行性研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDIES ON REDUCING FLUORITE CONTENT OF CALCIUM DEPHOSPHORIZING FLUX
【摘要】 采用CaO-Fe2O3-CaF2系熔剂进行铁水预处理脱磷的实验研究,在脱磷剂中分别配加CaO,Al2O3和Na2CO3,从而不同程度提高了脱磷率。实验结果表明:用Al2O3替代部分CaF2,终点[P]含量可以控制在0.003%~0.006%的水平,脱磷率高达90%以上。
【Abstract】 The experimental study on dephosphorization for hot metal pretreatment by CaO-Fe2O3 - CaF2 flux was performed. By adding CaO, Al2O3 and Na2CO3 into dephosphorizing flux , the dephosphorization rate is somewhat increased. The results show that by using Al2O3 substituting for some CaF2 , the content of final phosphorus in hot metal can be controlled to be 0.003%~0.006%, and the dephosphorization rate exceeds 90%.
