溶胶-凝胶法在氧化铝板晶和微粉表面包裹玻璃涂层
Preparation of Glass-Coated α-Alumina Platelet and Powder by Sol-Gel Method
【摘要】 以硅酸乙酯和硝酸钙为原料 ,制备了CaO -SiO2 溶胶。采用液相包裹技术在氧化铝板晶和粉末表面上包裹了一层CaO -SiO2 玻璃。用DTA/TGA研究了凝胶热分解过程。用SEM观察表明 ,玻璃涂层在氧化铝板晶或氧化铝微粉团聚体表面上的分布是均匀的。
【Abstract】 A CaO-SiO 2 sol was obtained by the hydrolysis of tetraethyl silicate with an aqueous solution of calcium nitrate.Alumina platelets and powders coated with CaO-SiO 2 glass were prepared by liquid coating technology .The pyrolysis process of the gel in heat-treatment was studied with DTA/TGA.The glass was found to be uniformly coated on the alumina platelets or particel aggregates by means of SEM.
