溶胶-凝胶法合成小尺寸板状氧化铝

【摘要】 以氟化物为矿化剂 ,通过热处理使γ -Al2 O3 在气相传质下转变为小尺寸的板状α -Al2 O3 。利用XRD和SEM等手段 ,测定了板状氧化铝的特性 ,研究了制备工艺、HF含量、反应温度等因素对其特性的影响。结果表明 :含AlF3 2 % (质量分数 )的混合料 ,在 110 0℃下保温 180min可以得到直径为2 μm的板状α -Al2 O3 。在此基础上 ,详细阐述了板状氧化铝的形成机理。

【Abstract】 In the presence of a fluorine mineralizer,γ-Al 2O 3 powders transformed into small sized α-Al 2O 3 platelet particles by vapor transport during heat treatment Characters of the platelet particles were determined,and factors affecting preparation process,quantity of HF and reacting temperature were studied by means of XRD and SEM The results show that α-Al 2O 3 platelets with average diameter less than 2μm can be obtained by calcining the dried agglomerate with 2wt% of AlF 3 at 1 100℃ for 180min Based on these analyses,the forming mechanism of the platelet particles was described in detail
