羟基磷灰石仿骨结构材料制备及影响因素研究
Preparation and Influence Factors of Hydroxyapatite Bionic Bone Structure Material
【摘要】 根据天然骨的结构特点制备了羟基磷灰石仿骨材料 ,研究了材料的微观结构及性能随烧结条件的变化。结果表明 :材料具有类似天然骨的梯度结构 ;烧结温度和时间影响了材料的孔隙率及晶粒度等性能 ,使材料强度发生变化
【Abstract】 According to the structure characteristics of natural bone,the hydroxyapatite bionic bone material was prepared.The variations of microstructure and properties of the material with sintering conditions were studied.The results showed that the gradient structure of the material was similar to that of natural bone;sintering temperature and time influenced the porosity and grain size,which caused some changes in the strength of the material.
