Gd2O3掺杂CeO2粉体的包覆处理
Praperation of Gadolinia doped Ceria Powders Coated by Alumina
【摘要】 采用非均匀成核法成功地制备了Al2 O3包覆型稀土掺杂CeO2 粉体。采用XRD分析了粉体的晶相 ;通过测定粉体的Zeta电位和XPS能谱 ,分析了Al2 O3在稀土掺杂CeO2 粉体表面的包覆情况
【Abstract】 In this paper,the heterogeneous nucleation was used to coat Gd2O3-doping-ceria with Al2O3 particles.The crystal phase and size distribution of powders were analyzed.The microstructure is observed by scanning electron microscope.The results of XPS and zeta potential show that alumina is successively coated on the surface of ceria powders.
